Awaiting Dispersion of Market Leadership
Background: Allianz Technology Trust* (ATT) targets long-term capital growth by investing in listed Technology companies. The team aims to identify major growth trends and ‘disruptive’ technological innovations, aided by their presence in Silicon Valley. The Global Technology team at Allianz Global Investors has managed the fund since 2007 and has aggregate AUM of $6bn. Mike Seidenberg succeeded Walter Price as lead manager in July 2022. ATT published its interim results for H1 2023 on 1 August, and we met with the manager on 11 August.
