Discount and yield offer significant value but risks remain
On 30 June Civitas Social Housing published its annual results to 31 March 2022. Highlights include:
- IFRS NAV per share +1.9% to 110.30p. NAV total return +6.6% p.a. since launch in November 2016.
- Property portfolio valued at £969m at 31 March, compared with £835m invested since launch.
- EPRA earnings per share were 4.82p, down 2.2% from 4.93p in FY21.
- Dividends totalling 5.55p per share declared in respect of the year, in line with the target rate.
- EPRA dividend cover was 87%. EPRA run-rate dividend cover was 97% as at 31 March 2022.
- Target dividend +2.7% to 5.70p per share for FY23.
