Impact Healthcare REIT

Company Notes

Interim Results Highlights

Investment Objective & Strategy: Impact Healthcare REIT* (IHR) aims to generate attractive and sustainable returns, primarily in the form of progressive covered dividends, by investing in a diversified portfolio of UK healthcare real estate assets, in particular residential and nursing care homes. IHR was launched in March 2017 and is managed by Andrew Cowley, Mahesh Patel and David Yaldron of Impact Health Partners. The managers have decades of experience owning and operating healthcare real estate, managing investment vehicles and investing in many forms of real assets.

Name Change: IHR intends to change its name in the coming months in order to comply with the FCA’s updated Sustainability Disclosure Requirements, which prohibit the use of the word “impact” unless the primary aim of the business is social impact.

Interim Results: IHR published its interim results for the six months to 30 June 2024 on 8 August. We explore the results in more granularity in this report, supported by learnings from an accompanying management presentation.
